Driver / Labor Coordinator — Morgan County, UT $26/hour | Full-Time | Significant Overtime Available
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Shaw Construction is hiring a Driver/Labor Coordinator to support our Morgan County job site. This role is part driving, part coordination, part hands-on labor-a great fit for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple hats and doesn't mind long, physical days.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Superintendents to and from the job site via company van
- Coordinate daily with our labor supplier to confirm crew needs for each shift
- Perform general labor work on-site as needed
- Support day-to-day site logistics and communication between crews
What We're Looking For:
- Clean driving record (required)
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to handle long days on your feet
- Construction experience a plus, but not required
- Prior supervisory or lead experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Pay: $26/hour, with significant overtime opportunity given the schedule.
