We are hiring Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders!

Our teams provide professional cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. We clean windows, kitchens, bathrooms, vacuuming, and provide other cleaning services requested by our clients.

Requirements:

Team Leader: Must have previous cleaning experience and the ability to lead a team. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive a Busy Brooms vehicle. Must be ambitious, money-hungry and motivated to maximize team sales.

Assistant Team Lead: No experience required - we offer paid training to teach you to become a professional for Busy Brooms!

Qualifications:

• Background check required.

• Driver’s license and knowledge of the Louisville area preferred but not required.

Pay Rate:

• New hires with 0 to 1 year of experience are paid $14.00 per hour plus the opportunity to earn bonuses and tips.

• New hire with 1 or more years of experience will be paid a negotiated rate (over $14 per hour) based on years of experience plus the opportunity to earn bonuses and tips.

• Trained staff have the opportunity to be paid a percent of daily sales plus the opportunity to earn bonuses and tips.

Work Hours:

• Monday-Friday (other shifts available upon request)
