Property Maintenance Associate –$21/HR DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire

A local 

Albany-based property maintenance company

 is seeking a skilled 

Building/Property Maintenance Associate

 to support the upkeep, repair, and occasional remodel of both residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a broad skill set in general maintenance and light construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior building features

• Drywall patching, painting, basic carpentry, and surface restoration

• Light plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repair

• Flooring and tile repair or installation as needed

• Service and inspect appliances, HVAC units, and basic mechanical systems

• Work independently or with a team based on project size and scope

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property or building maintenance

• Knowledge of hand and power tools, and construction materials

• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across a variety of trades

• Driving record compliant with company insurance policy

• Strong attention to safety and detail
