Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial buildings including, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors and surfaces to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Remove trash, dispose of waste, and maintain sanitary conditions throughout the property
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when inventory is low
• Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and turnaround procedures efficiently

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols and schedules
