Description -
The Junior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist supports the Category Merchandising team with day-to-day tasks that help drive and maintain an assigned online category. This role focuses on executing merchandising requests, maintaining accuracy across eCommerce pages and product content, supporting pricing/promotions, and completing reporting and competitive checks—ensuring a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily checks of key eCommerce pages; flag issues and recommend updates as needed
- Review product details, launch dates, and page content for accuracy and completeness
- Build and maintain marketing collections, links, and related merchandising assets
- Complete online marketing requests and support promotional execution
- Assist with pricing and promotion requests (entry, tracking, and follow-through)
- Run routine reports; maintain trackers, templates, product data files, and shared documentation
- Review competitor websites and document relevant activity (product, pricing, promotions)
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special projects as assigned
- Partner with internal teams to gather inputs and deliver requests on time, accurately
Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
