Job Description

We are seeking experienced, dependable maintenance professionals to assist with commercial and facility maintenance projects on an as-needed basis. We are building a network of skilled tradespeople for ongoing and emergency work.

We Are Looking For Experience In:

Commercial & Residential Plumbing
Electrical Repairs & Installations
HVAC Service & Repairs
Carpentry
Drywall, Painting & Finishing
Welding & Fabrication
General Building Maintenance
Equipment Repair
Other Skilled Trades

Position Details:

Per diem / as-needed work
Flexible scheduling
Hourly pay at an agreed-upon rate or project-based pricing
Opportunities for recurring work
Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty tools are a plus)

Qualifications:

Proven experience in your trade
Ability to work independently and complete quality repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation
Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious
Licensed or certified tradesmen encouraged to apply (where applicable)
