<ul>
<li>Work in the operations team who provide 24X7X365 onsite support of the data centers, remote offices, and technical infrastructure.</li>
<li>Perform passwords changes</li>
<li>Participate in data center failover exercises</li>
<li>Participate in patch weekends</li>
<li>Coordinate and participate in equipment installations and decommissioning (racking equipment/power/fiber/network)</li>
<li>Perform cable installations and removals in accordance with cable management best practice and change policy.</li>
<li>Ensure that all hardware and software problems/issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate people are notified (On call support), and process is followed.</li>
<li>Provide off hours (Service Desk) support.</li>
<li>Provide off hours (UK London Office) support</li>
</ul>
