What Youll Be Doing
- Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement equipment
- Inspect precision components and features
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality
- Identify and document products that do not meet specifications
- Help troubleshoot quality issues and determine root causes
- Assist with corrective actions to prevent recurring defects
- Partner with production, engineering, and operations to improve processes
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, inspection, or quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with precision measurement or inspection tools
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- GD&T knowledge is a plus
- ASQ CQT, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Sandston, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
They have a strong 401K plan. You are immediately fully invested. They offer 2x life insurance and pay for short term disability.
