\nOverview\n

Strategic Technology Institute (STi) is seeking experienced Performance/Data Analyst III professionals to support the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in support of the Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF).

\n

This position supports high-priority interagency law enforcement and investigative operations through advanced analytics, data integration, statistical reporting, dashboard development, and Management Information System (MIS) support.

\n

Candidates will work with complex investigative and operational datasets from multiple federal agencies including DOJ, FBI, DEA, HSI, ATF, IRS-CI, and USAOs.

\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• \nDevelop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visual analytics products\n

\n

• \nBuild and execute SQL, Python, and R queries for data extraction and analysis\n

\n

• \nPerform statistical analysis, trend analysis, and performance measurement reporting\n

\n

• \nDevelop predictive models and analytical tools supporting investigative prioritization\n

\n

• \nConduct data integration and ETL activities across interagency systems\n

\n

• \nProduce reports, graphs, charts, and executive-level briefings\n

\n

• \nAnalyze investigative outcomes, asset seizure/forfeiture metrics, and operational performance indicators\n

\n

• \nSupport quarterly and ad hoc reporting requirements for DOJ leadership and congressional stakeholders\n

\n

• \nConduct data quality audits and recommend process improvements\n

\n

• \nMaintain data dictionaries, schemas, and transformation documentation\n

\n

• \nSupport automated reporting and workflow optimization initiatives\n

\n

\nRequired Qualifications\n

\n
• \nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field\n

\n

• \n3+ years of applied data analytics/data science experience\n

\n

• \nStrong proficiency with:\n

  • \nSQL\n

  \n

  • \nTableau\n

  \n

  • \nMicrosoft Excel\n

  \n

  • \nR (preferred)\n

• \nExperience working with large datasets and statistical analysis\n

• \nAbility to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences\n

• \nActive Secret Clearance required\n

\n

• \nU.S. Citizenship required\n

\n

\nPreferred Qualifications\n

• \nExperience supporting DOJ, DHS, DoD, or other federal law enforcement environments\n

\n

• \nExperience with investigative or intelligence-related datasets\n

\n

• \nExperience with machine learning or predictive analytics\n

\n

• \nTop Secret or TS/SCI eligibility preferred\n

\n

• \nExperience with ETL pipeline development and data governance
