We at Coforge are hiring an experienced AI Security Engineer— Data Security & DSPM to lead the end-to-end security architecture for Agentic AI platform and own the data security mandate for AI systems. This senior role consolidates two Critical scopes — agentic AI security architecture and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) — into a single accountable owner who designs the secure platform and protects the data flowing through it.

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Implement and maintain security controls for Agentic AI platforms, AI copilots, and intelligent agents deployed across Azure and AWS.
  • \n

  • Configure and support Microsoft Purview DSPM for AI, including AI data discovery, monitoring, and governance.
  • \n

  • Implement and manage sensitivity labels, data classification, and ML-based auto-classification controls.
  • \n

  • Secure AI data pipelines and monitor data flows between AI agents, APIs, enterprise applications, and data sources.
  • \n

  • Develop and enforce secure agent-to-agent, agent-to-API, and agent-to-data access mechanisms.
  • \n

  • Configure and manage security tooling, including:
  • \n

  • Microsoft Sentinel
  • \n

  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • \n

  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud
  • \n

  • Microsoft Defender XDR
  • \n

  • Perform threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews of AI applications and agentic workflows.
  • \n

  • Monitor security incidents, investigate threats, and implement remediation plans for AI environments.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with Identity Management, Application Security, Cloud Engineering, and GRC teams to maintain a secure AI ecosystem.
  • \n

  • Support Zero Trust security initiatives and enterprise compliance requirements.
  • \n

  • Develop security automation, detection rules, and monitoring dashboards for AI workloads.
  • \n

  • Assist in AI security audits, risk assessments, and governance reviews.
  • \n

Required Skills & Experience

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
  • \n

  • 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering roles.
  • \n

  • Experience securing Azure cloud environments and cloud-native applications.
  • \n

  • Good understanding of AWS security services, including:
  • \n

  • IAM
  • \n

  • AWS Lambda
  • \n

  • Amazon Bedrock
  • \n

  • CloudTrail
  • \n

  • Security Hub
  • \n

  • Experience implementing data protection controls, data classification, and security monitoring solutions.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with API security concepts including OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API gateways.
  • \n

  • Understanding of AI/LLM security risks such as:
  • \n

  • Prompt Injection
  • \n

  • Data Leakage
  • \n

  • Model Abuse
  • \n

  • Unauthorized Access
  • \n

  • Sensitive Data Exposure
  • \n

  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
  • \n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Experience securing Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
  • \n

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Manufacturing.
  • \n

  • Exposure to DevSecOps practices and CI/CD security controls.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
  • \n
