We at Coforge are hiring an experienced AI Security Engineer— Data Security & DSPM to lead the end-to-end security architecture for Agentic AI platform and own the data security mandate for AI systems. This senior role consolidates two Critical scopes — agentic AI security architecture and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) — into a single accountable owner who designs the secure platform and protects the data flowing through it.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Implement and maintain security controls for Agentic AI platforms, AI copilots, and intelligent agents deployed across Azure and AWS.
- Configure and support Microsoft Purview DSPM for AI, including AI data discovery, monitoring, and governance.
- Implement and manage sensitivity labels, data classification, and ML-based auto-classification controls.
- Secure AI data pipelines and monitor data flows between AI agents, APIs, enterprise applications, and data sources.
- Develop and enforce secure agent-to-agent, agent-to-API, and agent-to-data access mechanisms.
- Configure and manage security tooling, including:
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Microsoft Defender XDR
- Perform threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews of AI applications and agentic workflows.
- Monitor security incidents, investigate threats, and implement remediation plans for AI environments.
- Collaborate with Identity Management, Application Security, Cloud Engineering, and GRC teams to maintain a secure AI ecosystem.
- Support Zero Trust security initiatives and enterprise compliance requirements.
- Develop security automation, detection rules, and monitoring dashboards for AI workloads.
- Assist in AI security audits, risk assessments, and governance reviews.

Required Skills & Experience
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering roles.
- Experience securing Azure cloud environments and cloud-native applications.
- Good understanding of AWS security services, including:
- IAM
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon Bedrock
- CloudTrail
- Security Hub
- Experience implementing data protection controls, data classification, and security monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with API security concepts including OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API gateways.
- Understanding of AI/LLM security risks such as:
- Prompt Injection
- Data Leakage
- Model Abuse
- Unauthorized Access
- Sensitive Data Exposure
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience securing Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Manufacturing.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and CI/CD security controls.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
