Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer
Direct Hire - fully onsite
Pay $135K to $150K
We’re looking for an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to help build and expand modern AI capabilities across a large, complex global data environment.
This is not a junior role. We need someone with strong AI, machine learning, and data experience who can come in, understand the environment, and begin contributing without extensive training.
What You’ll Be Working On
• Building real world AI and machine learning solutions
• Developing applications using LLMs, RAG, and Python
• Working with large, complex data environments
• Data modeling and Lakehouse architectures
• Traditional machine learning and forecasting
• Identifying opportunities where AI can improve business processes and decision making
• Helping develop the company’s overall AI capabilities and roadmap
• Solving complex data integration challenges across a global organization
What We’re Looking For
• Strong AI and machine learning engineering experience
• Strong data background
• Experience working with large scale or complex data environments
• RAG experience
• Python
• Data modeling experience
• Lakehouse or similar architecture experience
• Experience building practical AI solutions
• Understanding of traditional machine learning and forecasting
• Ability to work independently and contribute quickly
Cloud / AI Platform Experience
Azure AI experience is strongly preferred, with Azure AI Foundry experience highly desirable.
However, we’re also open to strong AI / ML engineers coming from AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms if your experience translates well.
