Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on a wide range of production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to 460V wiring systems.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Work with PLCs for troubleshooting and minor programming adjustments.
- Maintain, install, and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Safely utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure maintenance documentation and work orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production teams and management to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a large manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, and 460V wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Diploma or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
