Responsibilities:
- Identify and register all visitors entering the building, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Ensure the front entrance is free of vehicles and obstructions.
- Clean all glass doors and windows of the lobby.
- Place two (2) lobby rain mats/ runners weighing 30 pounds each when raining or snowing.
- When there is snowfall, shovel snow, and keep the sidewalk clean and salted.
- Aid residents with vehicle entry/exit, open doors, and assist with carrying luggage, packages, and other items as needed (up to 60 pounds).
- Retrieve and distribute packages and deliveries as necessary (up to 50 pounds).
- Direct contractors and/or service/delivery personnel to the Service Entrance.
- Perform maintenance, cleaning and janitorial assignments on a daily basis as directed.
- Regularly inspect and clean lobby elevators and all common areas.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours
- Ability to pull, push and lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to squat and bend over
