Job Title: iOS Architect (Native iOS & AWS)

Location: Hybrid (Washington, DC Area)

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Pay Rate: $72/hr on W2 all-inclusive

\n

Job Summary: -

\n

We are seeking a senior full-stack solution architect with expertise in Native iOS Development (Swift/Objective-C) and AWS Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will design and develop secure, scalable mobile applications, build cloud integrations, and support offline-first business-critical workflows.

\n

Key Responsibilities:-

\n

\n
• Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.

\n

• Design scalable mobile architectures and cloud-integrated solutions.

\n

• Build and support REST API integrations and secure authentication (OAuth/OIDC).

\n

• Implement offline data storage, synchronization, and transaction management.

\n

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and reliability.

\n

• Collaborate with backend teams on API design and data integration.

\n

• Participate in Agile/SAFe development activities.

\n

\n

Required Skills:-

\n

\n
• 7+ years of software development experience.

\n

• Strong expertise in Swift, Objective-C, and iOS SDK.

\n

• Experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, ECS Fargate, or related AWS services.

\n

• REST API integration and mobile application architecture.

\n

• OAuth/OIDC authentication.

\n

• Core Data and offline-first mobile applications.

\n

• Agile/Scrum environment experience.

\n

\n

Preferred Skills:-

\n

\n
• AWS Cognito or Microsoft Entra ID.

\n

• Spring Boot APIs.

\n

• Dynatrace Mobile RUM.

\n

• Ditto synchronization or peer-to-peer sync technologies.

\n

• Barcode scanning or Bluetooth device integration.

\n

• Accessibility (Voiceover) and enterprise MDM experience.

\n

Nice to Have:-

\n

\n
• Experience in transportation, ticketing, retail, travel, or other high-availability operational systems.

\n

• SAFe Agile certification or experience.

\n
