Start your real estate career with the training, mentorship, and structure to learn the business from the ground up.
We’re looking for new and newly licensed agents who are ready to develop their skills and start working directly with buyers and sellers. No previous real estate or sales experience is required.
You’ll receive step-by-step training on showings, contracts, and closings, along with one-on-one mentorship from a top-producing team. You’ll also have a proven daily activity plan to follow as you learn how to build your pipeline and work with clients.
As you develop, you’ll gain hands-on experience connecting with buyers and sellers, showing homes, writing offers, and guiding clients from their first conversation through closing.
Transaction and administrative support are provided so you can stay focused on working with clients and developing your business.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to follow a structured system while learning the day-to-day business of real estate.
You must hold a real estate license or currently be working toward obtaining one.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+
High commission split. Part-time and full-time options available. No prior experience required.

Compensation:
$115,000 - $197,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting property showings and open houses to provide potential buyers with a comprehensive view of available listings.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of drafting and negotiating real estate contracts.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and satisfactory buying or selling experience.
- Participate in daily training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in the real estate industry.
- Utilize company-provided tools and resources to manage client relationships and track progress in your sales pipeline.
- Support the team by handling administrative tasks, allowing senior agents to focus on client interactions and deal closures.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and up-to-date information during consultations.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate license or in the process of getting one.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic real estate environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and transactions.
- Familiarity with the Edison real estate market is advantageous, but not essential.
