Looking for a mid-level Maintenance Tech for a 104 Room Resort on Ormond Beach. Preferred candidate will be above entry-level with hands-on experience in plumbing (toilets, showers, drains, condensate lines), electrical (troubleshooting outlets, breakers, lighting), HVAC (servicing PTAC units, splits and mini-splits). Experience with routine preventative maintenance. Pool experience a plus. Shift flexibility also a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
- OSHA
- EPA
- CPO
Job requires quick response to guest issues. Working daily preventive maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service is a must. Ability to work independently and as part of maintenance team along with housekeeping and front desk departments. Please submit resume and an introduction letter for consideration.
