Description:
Impresiv Health is seeking a Senior QNXT Software Engineer with deep healthcare technology experience to support enterprise software development initiatives for a leading healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong architecture, integration, and development expertise, specifically within healthcare payer environments and QNXT platforms. The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting highly complex software solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise healthcare software solutions
- Lead software architecture, requirements gathering, technical design, and coding initiatives
- Develop and support integrations, APIs, connectors, and communication frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and deliver scalable solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
- Support software verification, validation, testing, and certification activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing customer and operational support
- Participate in process improvements, value engineering, and future-state technology planning
- Ensure software configuration management and change management best practices are followed

- Strong hands-on experience working with QNXT within a healthcare payer environment
- Proven ability to balance technical priorities with business and operational objectives
- Confidence leading complex software engineering initiatives with minimal oversight
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven mindset with the initiative to identify challenges and deliver solutions proactively
- Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support
What You Will Bring:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience within healthcare technology environments
- Strong experience in software architecture, design, development, and integration
- Hands-on experience with QNXT platforms and healthcare payer systems
- Experience developing enterprise platform software, integrations, and communication frameworks
- Proficiency coding in multiple programming languages
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
- Experience with software configuration management and change management practices
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Bachelors degree preferred
