What You’ll Do
- Respond to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies
- Perform demolition and mitigation services
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Perform moisture readings and document job progress
- Load and maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized job site
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Work closely with the Foreman and General Manager to complete projects safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 6 months to 2 years of restoration experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional communication skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- WRT certification is a plus but not required
