Key Responsibilities

- Analyze monthly property-level financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and investment expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, operating efficiency, and net operating income (NOI).
- Oversee a designated portfolio of assets and maintain relationships with third-party property managers.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio performance reviews.
- Underwrite potential expansion, redevelopment, and value-add investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal asset management committees.
- Assist with acquisition and disposition due diligence and asset transitions.
- Coordinate with lenders, insurers, and external operating partners.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Prior experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, investments, finance, or property operations.
- Strong financial modeling, Excel, and analytical skills.
- Ability to evaluate property-level financial statements and identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial investment environment.
