What you'll do:
- Work directly with buyers and sellers

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:
$125,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.
- Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their preferences.
- Assist in the preparation of documents such as purchase agreements, closing statements, and leases.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate advice.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
- Familiarity with real estate processes, or a willingness to learn, to support clients through transactions.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about market trends and best practices.
