Job Description
We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for an affordable housing apartment community in Oldsmar, FL. This leadership role manages the maintenance team, oversees unit turns and service requests, and ensures the property is safe, well-maintained, and resident-focused.
Responsibilities:

Lead and schedule maintenance staff; provide training and daily direction.
</li>
<li>
Oversee work orders, unit make-ready process, and preventative maintenance.
</li>
<li>
Perform higher-level troubleshooting and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate vendors, maintain maintenance records, and help manage budget-related maintenance activities.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Strong apartment maintenance background with lead or supervisory experience.
</li>
<li>
EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.
</li>
<li>
Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills.
</li>
<li>
Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
</li>
