We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day service requests and unit turnovers across our multi-family residential communities.

If you are an experienced maintenance technician who takes pride in clean work, communicates well, and wants steady 40-hour work weeks without chasing invoices or traveling all over town, we want to hear from you. Solid basic plumbing skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plumbing Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and replace shower cartridges (Moen/Delta), install and rebuild toilets, replace sink faucets, supply lines, and garbage disposals. Clear routine drain clogs using snakes/augers.
• Apartment Turnovers: Complete turnover punch-lists between tenants, including drywall patching, touch-up painting, door/hardware adjustments, and caulking.
• Basic Electrical & Hardware: Swap light fixtures, outlets, switches, ballasts, and ceiling fans. Re-key locks and install smart/standard deadbolts.
• Appliance Maintenance: Basic troubleshooting and component replacement on residential refrigerators, electric/gas stoves, and dishwashers.
• Work Order Management: Complete daily tenant maintenance tickets promptly and document completed work via mobile property management software.
• Property Inspections: Keep common areas, mechanical closets, and exterior access points clean, secure, and functional.
