Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PMRegal Staffing Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance II professional for a leading industrial manufacturing company in the Arlington area. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical and equipment issues
- Perform basic repairs and adjustments to maintain equipment functionality
- Assist with the assembly and installation of new equipment
- Diagnose basic problems with inoperative equipment
- Support a safe, clean, and efficient production environment
- Follow established safety and maintenance procedures
- Obtain and maintain required forklift and crane certifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preventative maintenance and basic repairs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Experience with industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment preferred
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic equipment problems
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift and crane certifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
