We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Window Cleaning/Janitorial professional to join our team! Working Schedule: Once a month
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain interior and exterior windows using professional techniques and equipment
- Perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Sanitize and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
- Monitor and restock janitorial supplies as needed
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of chemicals and supplies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper safety procedures
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders or extension poles
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites
