Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent required
• 2+ years' experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in heavy industry
• Must have a working knowledge of basic mechanical aptitude, general plant maintenance
• Must have basic computer skills
• Operating a skid-steer, man-lift a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintaining equipment in a state of readiness
• Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance on plan equipment
• Inspects condition and operation of plant equipment and performs necessary repairs
• Reports required repairs or other findings to Supervisor
• Performs required emergency repairs on production equipment
