Engineer II, Quality & Reliability Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $40.00 to $50.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- 100% onsite, Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) temp-to-hire role at up to $52.37/hr
- Design, implement, and improve quality control systems and analytical methods to ensure product compliance and reliability.
- Manage technical/testing standards and assess reliability tradeoffs related to cost, weight, materials, and manufacturability.
- Lead failure analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and related customer communications.
- Develop and monitor company programs to ensure adherence to government environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
Engineer II, Quality & Reliability Qualifications:
- Competence in using role-specific technical applications, including CAD, CAE, and industrial or quality engineering software. Quality
- Foundational knowledge of general engineering tools and continuous improvement frameworks (LEAN or Six-Sigma), such as DoE, FMEA, and QFD.
- Ability to act as a core team member managing the technical elements of medium-sized projects, leading root-cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
- No consistent history of criminal background
