\n Job Responsibilities\n
\n • Conduct routine quality audits of manufacturing processes, work areas, and finished products.\n
\n • Verify products and processes against engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements.\n
\n • Inspect components and finished products for defects, dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and functionality.\n
\n • Review quality records, inspection results, production documentation, and other applicable records.\n
\n • Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances.\n
\n • Work with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to investigate quality issues.\n
\n • Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.\n
\n • Follow up on corrective actions to verify that they were implemented and are effective.\n
\n • Identify recurring problems and opportunities for process improvement.\n
\n • Maintain accurate and timely audit and inspection records.\n
\n • Assist with internal and supplier-related quality audits as needed.\n

\n • Support compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements.\n
\n • Escalate significant quality concerns to appropriate personnel.\n
\n • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.\n
\n • Office Microsoft knowledge\n
\n • QAD System experience\n
\n • Skilled using measuring instruments (Calipers, Micrometers, Torque Guns, Multimeter)\n
