Join CPMG as a Maintenance Technician for a 125 Unit apartment community in Jackson, TN. You’ll be responsible for the daily maintenance operations and support the manager while ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

<li>Daily work orders</li>
<li>Perform and oversee general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)</li>
<li>Ensure units are ready for move-ins</li>
<li>Maintain property safety and standards</li>
<li>Manage inventory and supplies</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Prior maintenance experience required</li>
<li>Leadership experience preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of general repairs</li>
<li>Dependable, organized, and team-oriented</li>
