Pay: $30.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (T-H)We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a 3rd Shift temp-to-hire opportunity in South Beloit, IL. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production operations.Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work closely with production teams to support operational goals
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Manufacturing experience preferred
