Landmark Properties is hiring our go-to maintenance guy (Quad Cities)
We manage about 130 doors and growing around Davenport & Moline, and we're looking for ONE reliable, all-around maintenance pro to be our main person — the kind who fixes it right the first time and knows when to call in a licensed trade.
You'd handle the everyday stuff (plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, doors, turns) and help us knock out a backlog of deferred maintenance. We handle finding the work; you do it well and coordinate our specialists when needed.

You'll need your own transportation and tools, a smartphone, and to pass a background check.
What You'll Do
- Handle the steady stream of small-to-medium repairs across trades: plumbing, basic electrical, appliances, drywall, doors, fixtures, carpentry
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues — do the work when it's in your wheelhouse, and schedule/manage our licensed specialists when it isn't
- Help us work down a backlog of deferred maintenance and get our properties to a well-maintained baseline
- Complete unit turns and make-readies
- Catch small problems before they become emergencies
- Schedule your own work and coordinate directly with tenants and vendors
- Track your work through our system (AppFolio)
What We're Looking For
- A seasoned generalist who does it right the first time — we want repeat call-backs behind us
- Solid working knowledge across the trades, and the judgment to know when to bring in a licensed pro
- Dependable, communicative, and organized enough to help manage vendors
- Own transportation and standard tools; smartphone for work orders
- Must pass a background check
