We are seeking an experienced SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring successful program execution and alignment across multiple Agile teams.

Required Skills
\n
\n
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
\n
5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach
\n
Strong experience managing Agile Release Trains (ART)
\n
Expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
\n
Experience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
\n
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
\n
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
\n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
\n
\n
