Job DescriptionTop Job Located in Butner, NC Salary: 17.00 Hr -with Experience Facility Grounds and Maintenance Technician #2387OXNC Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm Pay: $15.00 to 17.00 hour Seeking a team member to maintain facility grounds and general maintenance duties. Job Duties: 
<ul>
<li> Keep grounds neat and clean at all times.</li>
<li>Mowing</li>
<li>String Trimming</li>
<li>Delivering and picking up supplies with company vehicles</li>
<li>Delivering scrap to landfill </li>
<li>Removing vegetation, vines and weeds</li>
<li>Removing litter and debris from the grounds and fence lines</li>
<li>General painting, small repairs to buildings </li>
</ul>
 Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Valid Drivers License </li>
<li>Good driving record </li>
<li>Standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, grasping, for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Previous landscaping experience -preferred </li>
<li>Good attention detail </li>
<li>Experience with hand and power tools and equipment </li>
<li>Excellent attendance record</li>
</ul>

<li>Shovels </li>
<li>String Trimers </li>
<li>Hedgers</li>
<li>Hedge Clippers </li>
<li>Power and hand tools</li>
