Job Title: Workday Architect
Location: San Jose, CA
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Workday Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday solutions supporting HR functions. This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday solution design and architecture across HR modules
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams on system design, process improvements, and issue resolution
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot complex Workday issues
- Drive continuous improvements and stay current with Workday updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 10+ years of Workday experience (global environment)
- Deep expertise in Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system architecture
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall project delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Workday certification required
