Leasing & Marketing Specialist
We're Hiring: Leasing & Marketing Specialist — Haynes Development
Haynes Development is looking for someone who can build and run the content that fills our leasing funnel — not just report on it.
This person will be responsible for reviewing the analytics, evaluating performance, and making the necessary changes to content creation and management across platforms — social media, our website, and ILS platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com) — to convert traffic into tours and tours into leases.
What you'll do:
- Review analytics and evaluate what's working across platforms
- Create and manage content across social media, website, and ILS listings based on those findings
- Make ongoing adjustments to content and campaigns to improve conversion
- Own the content calendar from concept through publish
What you need:
- Multi-family leasing experience highly important
- Proven, results-driven experience in content creation and management — this is the core of the role
- ILS platform experience preferred
