Janitor- 2nd Shift (2:00PM-10:30PM)

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This is an hourly position in Manteno, IL that reports to the Production Manager & responsibility is to clean all areas of the facility thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of facility cleanliness.

SCOPE OF JOB FUNCTION:

• Empty all waste containers (front offices/production offices/bathrooms).
• Dust all offices & clean facility windows.
• Wash lobby & reception area floor.
• Clean/Sanitize Toilets/urinals/hand sinks.
• Sweep/mop floors (production offices).
• Clean refrigerator.
• Vacuum.
• Clean walls, doors/partitions of bathroom.
• Clean inside of lockers.
• Fill soap/towel dispensers (bathrooms/production floor).
• Dust blinds.
• Wipe light switches.
• Work with chemicals & detergents for the purpose of cleaning & sanitizing, walls, floors, & other areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

REQUIRED:

• Must have prior related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety regulations & procedures.
• Ability to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays if required.
• Verbal & written English communication skills.
