Responsibilities & Duties
\n
· Develop and maintain inspection reports
\n
· Perform inspection across all stages of production and receiving
\n
· Inspect and measure products according to quality standards, and drawing specifications
\n
· Ensure products comply with company and customer requirements
\n
· Ensure gauges, tools, and equipment are calibrated before use
\n
· Document nonconforming material / quality issues
\n
· Work closely with Quality Engineers
\n
· Maintain all records / documentation of all inspections and potential issues
\n
\n
Minimum Requirements:
\n
· Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection
\n
· Experience performing detailed product inspection using drawings and specifications
\n
· Ability to perform and interpret First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)
\n
· Experience with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth gauges
\n
· Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
\n
· Good organizational skills
\n
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
