Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join MMW Facility Services LLC as a Porter/Handyman in Palm Bay, FL, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our facilities and ensuring a clean, safe environment. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic work environment while contributing to the satisfaction of our clients.
work time: 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobbies and restrooms.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from tenants.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down for events and meetings.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
- Support the team in various handyman tasks, including plumbing and electrical work.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- delivering packages to employees that may weigh 50lbs to 75lbs
- willing to have directions from 3 to 4 managers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance, handyman, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.50 lbs. to 75 lbs.!!
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude is a must.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Willing to have a background check done
