Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years maintenance experience with industrial capabilities
- Experience preparing plans for preventative maintenance
- Managing people and keeping accurate records
- Experience with RMX plants and trucks preferred
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all mechanical, fleet, and structural maintenance programs
- Travels dynamically across all active temporary plant deployments
- Directs maintenance strategies and overhaul schedules
- Ensures all preventative maintenance keeps plant aggregate gates in optimal condition
- Enforces ultimate field safety adherence for the maintenance division
