Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using statistical and quantitative methods to identify trends and insights
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership and education specialists to define data needs and reporting requirements
- Build and maintain statistical models to support forecasting and strategic initiatives
- Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Document data structures, sources, and business definitions
- Design and develop data visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Support multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of data lifecycle processes, including data collection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with education data or public sector environments
- Familiarity with database management and reporting tool
