Job Summary:

The Change Management Consultant will develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and improve employee adoption of business processes, systems, and technology changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop change management strategies, impact assessments, and readiness plans.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and resistance to change.
- Create communication plans, training materials, FAQs, and reference guides.
- Coordinate with HR, project teams, and business stakeholders.
- Track change deliverables, project progress, and adoption metrics.
- Support enterprise change enablement initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant change management experience.
