Onsite IT Support Technician — Immediate Start

$35/hour · Onsite · immediate start · approx 12 weeks· Full-time hours · W-2 or 1099

We're placing IT support technicians onsite with an enterprise client in Rockford Illinois.

The work: administering user accounts in Entra ID, and providing one-to-one technical support to employees in person. Defined procedures, training provided on day one.

You'll be working directly with non-technical users throughout the day. It's repetitive and it needs patience.

Requirements: local to Rockford with your own transport · able to start immediately · experience in Entra ID or Azure AD · comfortable supporting users one-to-one, in person · able to pass a background check.
