Our client is looking to add a Senior Consultant specialized in the Epicor iScala ERP system, with proven experience in implementation, upgrade, migration, and functional-technical support projects. The ideal profile combines in-depth knowledge of Financials, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics modules with technical capability in SQL Server, reporting, and integration development. This is a key role to strengthen internal Master Data processes, closings, validations, and continuous improvements on the iScala platform across operations in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
\n
• Provide functional and technical support for the Epicor iScala ERP across Financials, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics modules.
\n
• Participate in Master Data improvement, validation, and correction projects, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
\n
• Configure, parameterize, and maintain processes within iScala, including business workflows, catalogs, and data structures.
\n
• Develop and support reports (Crystal Reports, SSRS) and queries (BAQ) required by business users.
\n
• Implement integrations between iScala and other legacy systems (Service Connect or other integration tools).
\n
• Execute data migration, load, and extraction activities.
\n
• Support functional testing, UAT, and process documentation, training key users as needed.
\n
• Collaborate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, Logistics, and Customer Service teams in Mexico to resolve system issues.
\n

Technical Requirements
\n
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Epicor iScala (versions 2.0 to 5.0 / 2023.1), in functional and/or technical roles.
\n
• Solid knowledge of modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, AM), Purchasing (PO/RQ), Sales, Inventory (IC), and Logistics.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server: T-SQL queries, stored procedures, database optimization.
\n
• Experience with reporting tools: Crystal Reports and/or SSRS; Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
\n
• Experience with integrations via Epicor Service Connect or other data integration platforms.
\n
• Experience in migration projects, bulk data loading (DMT), and master data validation.
\n
• Spanish: Native proficiency. English: Intermediate professional proficiency for technical documentation and coordination with US-based teams.
\n

Availability and Engagement Conditions

• Availability mostly during daytime hours, Mexico Central Time (CST/CDT), Monday through Friday.

• Availability for occasional meetings outside standard hours, in cases of coordination with other regions.
\n

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($75/hr-$100/hr ). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
