<p>CyberLinx Solutions is seeking a skilled <strong>Network Operations Analyst (Tier 2)</strong> to support, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network and infrastructure systems. This role serves as the escalation point from Tier 1 and is responsible for resolving complex network, connectivity, and systems issues while ensuring uptime and performance across the environment.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor network and infrastructure performance and respond to alerts</li>
<li>Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and routing issues</li>
<li>Administer core services including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory</li>
<li>Escalate complex incidents to Tier 3 when required</li>
<li>Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions</li>
<li>Assist with patching, upgrades, and maintenance windows</li>
