We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICA Functional Consultant to support a large-scale Greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation within the utility industry. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for the SAP FICA module and play a critical role in shaping future-state business processes, reviewing solution designs, and supporting implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the SAP S/4HANA FICA subject matter expert for implementation activities.
- Review and provide recommendations on business process designs, functional specifications, technical artifacts, and solution architecture.
- Support configuration and optimization of SAP billing and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional project teams.
- Participate in project workshops, design sessions, and daily stand-up meetings.
- Provide guidance and resolution for SAP-related questions throughout implementation phases.
- Assist in process standardization and redesign efforts as part of a Greenfield SAP deployment.
- Work across multiple workstreams and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications
\n

- 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Deep expertise in SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).
- Utility industry experience.
- Experience supporting at least two SAP implementations (Greenfield and/or Brownfield).
- Strong experience with SAP billing and invoicing process configuration.
- Proven implementation background, with a focus on project delivery rather than sustainment/support activities.
