HVAC • ELECTRICAL • PLUMBING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are looking for a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician / Multifamily Maintenance Technician who has hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing apartment systems.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Complete apartment maintenance work orders and resident service requests</li>
<li>Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs</li>
<li>Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently</li>
<li>Handle appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general apartment repairs</li>
<li>Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance and property upkeep</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience required</li>
<li>Strong hands-on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and work independently</li>
<li>Make-ready and work-order experience preferred</li>
<li>Reliable and dependable</li>
