Your Role:

• Perform routine building maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and minor electrical repairs

• Complete maintenance reports and other required documentation

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls promptly

• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff

• Support additional maintenance duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Two or more years of maintenance or related experience preferred

• Motivated and dependable team player

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
