Pay: $22

Start: June 2026

Schedule: Monday – Sunday shift is 7am - 7pm


Title: Client Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Assist with tailored onboarding for both for inquiring clients and members, including device setup, activation, and app guidance
Provide white glove support as a senior escalation point for partner teams, offering consultative guidance on program and eligibility questions
Manage order logistics including shipments, exchanges, refunds, and warranty replacements with precision and speed
Troubleshoot software and device issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Ensure accurate membership setup, renewals, and issue resolution while maintaining strong partner communication
Support sales and customer success with onboarding, fulfillment, and ongoing client needs
Manage bulk orders and enterprise requests using systems such as Netsuite and CRM tools
Collaborate with necessary departments to continuously improve processes, insights, and client outcomes


Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical support and trouble shooting (Required)

Proven ability to deliver high touch, white glove service to each client
Strong technical troubleshooting skills across software and hardware
Experience with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and order management tools
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills with a focus on building trust and long term client relationships
A proactive, solutions driven mindset with a passion for exceptional service

Reliable internet and professional work from home environment

Must currently reside in Georgia, North Carolina and Florida per the above (Required)
