Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated buyers and sellers
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
- Show homes and host open houses
- Write and negotiate contracts
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process
- Follow up using CRM systems and proven workflows
- Deliver exceptional client service that generates referrals and repeat business
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable and growth-oriented mindset
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic
