Position Summary We are looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance
Technicians, and groundskeepers.
· Handle routine maintenance repairs.
· Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by completing turnover and
make-ready tasks efficiently.
· Address resident maintenance requests promptly, coordinate with
onsite teams and the community manager to prioritize service needs.
Qualifications & Safety
· Experience 1-2 years in apartment, building or hospitality
maintenance.
· Complete work orders effectively.
· Operate power tools safely.
· Repairing electrical circuits, switches, fixing or repairing-
toilets, sinks, minor carpentry caulking of doors, windows, counters.
· Servicing or installing light fixtures, blinds and appliances.
(Washers and dryers, stoves, refrigerators)
· Own basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, or drill.
· Dress code must own steel toe work shoes.
· Pass Drug and background testing
· Valid driver’s license or state ID and reliable transportation.
· HVAC certification a plus but not required.
