Help build a world powered by renewables. As a Clean Energy Facilities Maintenance Technologist, you’ll safeguard equipment reliability and plant readiness. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you partner across departments and leverage SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to turn maintenance strategy into action—preventing issues before they start and resolving the ones that can’t wait.

Your mission

• Transform maintenance plans into executed work—inspections, preventive/predictive tasks, corrective repairs, and tooling qualifications that protect throughput.
• Restore and improve assets—maintain, repair, install, assemble, modify, and commission equipment, tooling, and facility infrastructure.
• Make data drive decisions—own SAP PM work orders, schedules, documentation, and reporting.
• Assure parts readiness—manage consumables, spares, and tooling from purchasing and receiving to replacements and SAP transactions.
• Amplify the team—coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors to scope, standards, and safety.
• Reduce downtime—support planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement within the maintenance program.

What sets you up for success

• Proficiency with SAP PM and experience using ERP for maintenance execution (ERP/SAP preferred).
• Demonstrated safe use of hand and power tools.
• Strong ownership: proactive, accountable, effective solo and in a structured team setting.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Baseline qualifications

• High School diploma/GED (required).
• 1 year in the maintenance field or an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology (required).
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and to work at heights occasionally.
• Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality Systems is a plus.
